First thing you need is one good lvl 80 tank, or two ok lower lvl tanks. Two tanks is not bad in any case. The scorp caves bosses are relatively easy, but the thing people have a lot of problems with are the scorpion nests.

The scorpion nests are proximity activated and spawn one wave of minions, then another wave a couple of seconds later, and then lastly two big scorps. Sometimes one of the two big ones is a boss. For some groups, just activating a nest can mean a wipe. Therefore I will include the nests themselves as boss #1.

BOSS #1 Nests: There is NO way to keep them from spawning, but this is the method I use to keep them under control. Get within range and first shoot out the nest with ranged weps. Then all the group backs far away and the tank runs in to spawn the nest. The nest will spawn and attack and kill the tank. They will stay on top of the nest after the tank is dead. Res the tank and then the nest will be single pulls. Very easy. (The nests are buggy and can be hard to get to spawn, be patient)

BOSS #2: Ghost Guards - They roam through the cave and the first one you will encounter roams through the main room. Tag him and tank and spank.

BOSS #3: The Gargant - Take the first tunnel on your left and you will come to The Gargant, named scorp. Just tank and spank. Simple. Let the tank collect the key on the corpse behind him. The tank must collect all four pieces of the key to open the chest at the end of the zone and get the last boss.

BOSS #4: The Shah - Another named scorp, tank and spank again. He hits extremely hard though, so either heavily heal a single high lvl tank or two lower lvl tanks can taunt off eachother. He does AE fear as well. Let tank get the key off the corpse behind the scorp.

BOSS #5: The Abomination - Looks like a robed woman boss. Tank and spank, she is purely caster so put up resistances. Tank needs to turn her back to the group. At 50% she changes into a giant half scorp half person, then she melees so switch resistances and tank her down. Every once in a while she will bug out and spawn again right after she dies. Then you get to kill again. Had her spawn 4 times in a row before, 4 loots too.
Let the tank get the key off the corpse behind the boss afterward.

Constantius - Let the tank get the final piece of the key from the corpse next to the chest in the main room. Then open the chest and that spawns Constantius the ghost boss. He is extremely weak and easy. Tank and spank.
